Happy Apple Caramel Apples are a perishable product with an average shelf life of 21 days, an approximate 14 day shelf life by the time it reaches our customer (you). 

Happy Apples does not accept product returns. If product is unsatisfactory, the process below must be followed for a refund or replacement of product. Please do not disposed of that item until these steps are followed:

In the event that product is received damaged, not received, incorrect, or otherwise unsatisfactory, please reach out to customercare@happyapples.com. Our quality control team will investigate claims and determine if replacement product or refund should be administered. 

If your product has arrived damaged in any way, please be sure to include where you bought the product, what pack size is the product and attach photos – include photos of the damage and of the product along with the Best By Date. This will allow us to track where the potential damage happened.

Happy Apples may submit claims to our corporate insurance and if damage / unsatisfactory product is reported, you may be required to communicate your claim with an insurance claims representative in order to resolve your issue and receive replacement / refund.

If a claim does result in a refund or replacement of product, Happy Apples will apply a refund with 5-7 days of claim resolution –  replacement product will ship to customer within 7 days of claim resolution.
